The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Lariyatand P.S.Case No.35/18 dated 22.9.2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 427, 307, 435, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution story is of assault by the petitioner to the father of the informant by lathi and danda, causing injury and further allegation is that in the night they came and set the Gaushala of the informant on fire.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that as a matter of fact during the investigaiton, two witnesses have not named this petitioner rather named his father though others have named this petitioner and the injuries are not on

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Munger in connection with Lariyatand P.S.Case No.35 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is allowed.
