The present writ application has been filed for the following relief/s:- (i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent to make payment of the difference of arrears of salary i.e. H.R.A., City compensatory allowance and Medical allowance which has not been paid for the period of 01.01.2006 to 31.09.2010 on account of revision of pay scale of University and college teachers in revised UGC

Patna High Court CWJC No.4191 of 2022(5) dt.30-04-2024 2/2 Scale effective from 1.1.2006 after adjusting the paid amount and other admitted dues.

(ii) For issuance of any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for which the writ petitioners shall be found entitled under the facts and circumstances of the case." 3.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the order dated 06.10.2023 passed in C.W.J.C. No.4012 of 2022. 4.

Learned counsel for the University has not denied this fact.

Considering this fact, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation enclosing the order dated 06.10.2023 passed in C.W.J.C. No.4012 of 2022 before the respondent no.2 and the respondent no.2 is well advised to pass a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with the order passed in C.W.J.C. No.4012 of 2022. The petitioner is also entitled for similar benefits as granted to the petitioner of C.W.J.C. No.4012 of 2022.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
