Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 323, 354A, 504, 506, 353 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1) (xi) of the S.C./S.T.(Prevention of Atrocities) Act It is alleged that the Assistant Teacher namely Shrawan Paswan of the Primary-cum-Middle School was being abused by the accused persons. When the informant made protest, then they were also abused by calling caste name and threatened.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19949 of 2015 (2) dt.30-04-2015 petitioners that victim has not registered any case and the informant has maliciously lodged the present case. Considering the nature of accusation, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Khudaganj P.S. Case No. 179 of 2014, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Hilsa, Nalanda With this observation this application is disposed of.
