1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State along with learned counsel for the informant.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 427, 379, 504, 34 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act in connection with Sonepur (Pahleza O.P.) P.S. Case No.260 of 2023.

3. In the nature of allegation as alleged in the FIR, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner as has been alleged by the informant that the petitioner fired causing injury on his right thumb, though it has been submitted by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that the injuries suffered by the injured is simple in nature, but then that does not entitle the petitioner to carry
