JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 17-06-2015 Petitioner apprehends arrest in Sarai PS Case No.224 of 2014 registered under Sections 323,384,307,379,387,504/34 IPC. Submission of the counsel is that this case is in retaliation of a complaint case filed earlier against the accused persons and other co-accused have already been enlarged on bail after testing the veracity of the allegation etc. The case of exaggeration of the incident cannot be ignored in such matters. In view of the above, let the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.15000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Sarai PS Case No.224 of 2014, subject to conditions laid down under Section 438 (2) CrPC.
