Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

One loaded country made pistol is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 03.12.2019 without having any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12891 of 2020(2) dt.09-06-2020 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 914 of 2019.
