The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No.535 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the application on behalf of petitioner nos. 1 and 3, namely, Ajay Kumar Ojha @ Ajay Ojha and Anamika Kumari.

Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25385 of 2021(2) dt.02-03-2022 2/2 bail is dismissed as withdrawn so far as petitioner nos.1 and 3, namely, Ajay Kumar Ojha @ Ajay Ojha and Anamika Kumari are concerned.

So far as petitioner no.2, namely, Rani Devi is concerned, it has been submitted that petitioner no.2, who is the wife of petitioner no.1, has been falsely implicated. She being a lady is not involved in this case.

Considering the aforesaid submission and also in view of the fact that petitioner no.2, namely, Rani Devi shall not abscond, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner no.2, namely, Rani Devi, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IX, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No.535 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) BT/- U T
