The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 427, 379, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case in short is that the accused persons variously armd came at the house of the informant and assaulted him, as a result of which, injury was sustained by the informant. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 15-11-2018. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. Single blow is alleged to have been given on the stomatch of the victim. As per FIR, the

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-V, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sessions Trial No. 49 of 2019 arising out of Tilauthu P.S. Case No. 10 of 2018.
