The husband of the petitioner died in harness on 16.09.2007 while working as Class-IV employee in N.M.C.H., Patna.

The petitioner claims to be the widow of late employee.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has obtained Succession Certificate from the competent court for a sum of Rs.5,81,372/-.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to pass appropriate order with regard to death-cum-post retiral dues of

Patna High Court CWJC No.4916 of 2020(2) dt.25-06-2020 2/2 the husband of the petitioner and ensure payment thereof with detailed calculation chart to the petitioner within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which, the petitioner shall be entitled to payment of interest at the rate of 9% per annum from the date of filing of writ petition till the date of actual payment.
