JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-07-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State via video conferencing. By way of the present application, the petitioners have sought for pre-arrest bail in connection with Jiyapokhar P.S. Case No.17 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering that the daughter-in-law of the petitioners was killed in her matrimonial home within ten months of her marriage for non-fulfillment of demand of a motorcycle, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected.

In case the petitioners surrender and seek bail, the same shall be considered on its own merits without being
