The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/504/506/377/511of the Indian Penal Code. Accusation is of making attempt to commit unnatural offence with the son of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that maliciously accusation has been levelled against the petitioner. There is no medical report of the victim boy. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15915 of 2015 (2) dt.17-04-2015 2/2 Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No.74 of 2014, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Motihari, East Champaran.

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
