The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/354B/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner no.2 Dhananjay Jha tried to outrage the modesty of grand-daughter of the informant when informant went to rescue then she was assaulted with 'farsa' by petitioner no.1 Kumod Jha. It is further alleged that co-accused Rajesh Jha and Vikash Jha assaulted son and granddaughter of the informant. The injury has been found simple in nature.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for the occurrence of 24.10.2014, the F.I.R. was registered

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15920 of 2015 (2) dt.17-04-2015 2/2 on 26.10.2014. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No.490 of 2014, pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
