The petitioner is in custody since 18.07.2017 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 7 of the Essential Commodities Act. Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioner and that he is a man of clean antecedent, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Jamui, in connection with Chandradeep P.S.
