The petitioner is in custody in connection with Amba P.S. Case No.63 of 2013, a case under Sections 147/148/149/307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R.

Submission is that after 22 days of the occurrence name of the petitioner surfaced during investigation that the petitioner was also fleeing from the place of occurrence along with others.

Considering the aforesaid submission, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9408 of 2018 (2) dt.17-02-2018 P2/ bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
