JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case instituted under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioners is of killing the sister of the informant for non-fulfilment of additional demand of dowry.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that petitioner no.1 is the mother-in-law of the deceased and petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are brother-in-law of the deceased. It is also submitted that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case due to mistake of fact. There is no eye witness to

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the FIR.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri M.K.Srivastava, learned J.M., 1st Class ,Bhagwanpur (Siwan) in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S.Case No. 177 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Sudhir Singh, J) singh/- U
