Petitioners seek bail in Hayaghat P.S. Case No.06 of 2020 corresponding to G.O. Case No.44 of 2020 registered under Sections 272, 273 and 34 of the I.P.C. and under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. The police intercepted a Scorpio vehicle bearing registration no.JH05Z-8444 and apprehended the petitioners. On search, 79.2 litres of liquor was recovered from the vehicle for that the petitioners are in jail since 07.01.2020. The petitioners
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16071 of 2020(2) dt.13-05-2020 2/2 have already remained in jail for about four months for recovery of 79.2 litres of liquor from their joint possession. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Darbhanga in connection with Hayaghat P.S. Case No.06 of 2020 corresponding to G.O. Case No.44 of 2020.
