3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that all the retiral benefits relating

Patna High Court CWJC No.3886 of 2023(3) dt.31-07-2023 2/2 to the petitioner has been given, however, petitioner is aggrieved only for non-payment of Group Insurance and seeks to file a detailed representation before the Regional Deputy Director of Education (R.D.D.E), Munger Division, Munger, for grant of Group Insurance.

4. The Regional Deputy Director of Education (R.D.D.E), Munger Division, Munger, must ensure to collect relevant records relating to the petitioner and ensure to make payment of Group Insurance in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation.

5. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
