1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506, 307 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has antecedent of one case. It is further submitted that Siyaram Yadav @ Shyamaram Gope had approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc. No. 64289 of 2024 and the same came to be allowed vide order dated 23.10.2024 by this Court. It is next submitted that similarly, Satendra Kumar was also granted the privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated 03.09.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 55507 of 2024 by this Court. It is also submitted that case of the petitioner is similar to the case of Siyaram Yadav @ Shyamaram Gope and Satendra

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Khusrupur P.S. Case No. 319 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C./482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
