ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 28-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Mahua P.S.Case No. 102 of 2015 registered under Sections 363 and 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that the petitioners are guilty of participating in the kidnapping of a minor girl, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Prayer is rejected. However, if the petitioners surrender and file regular bail application, it shall be open to the court below to consider the same on its own merit without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
