The petitioner seeks bail in Pachrukhi (Sarai) P.S. Case No. 46 of 2015 registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
Six motorcycle borne criminals are said to have snatched cash of Rs. 1,65,000/- and mobile of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. He was also not put on Test Identification Parade though he has been languishing in custody for about two years since 13.08.2015. There is no eye witness of the occurrence. There is nothing cogent on the record indicating the complicity of the petitioner in the occurrence. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32633 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Siwan in connection with Pachrukhi (Sarai) P.S. Case No. 46 of 2015.
