Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Garkha PS Case No.399 of 2017, registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Submission is that the petitioner is not named in the FIR though the specific allegation is against one Devendra Rai stabbing the informant in his stomach and he has been admitted to anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No.7847 of 2018 on 03.04.2018.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Jitendra Rai is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24485 of 2018(2) dt.25-04-2018 2/2 learned ACJM-2, Saran in connection with Garkha PS Case No.399 of 2017.
