Patna High Court LPA No.894 of 2015 dt.09-06-2015 apply afresh for renewal of her vending licence on payment of the entire arrears.
2. Learned counsel for the Railways states that if appellant will pay the entire arrears and apply in the light of the liberty granted by the learned Single Judge, Railways will have no objection to reconsider the renewal of her vending licence.
3. Counsel for the appellant asserted that the arrears amounting to Rs. Five lacs and odd shall be deposited within two weeks from today.
4. In case aforesaid deposit is made, the Railway Authorities may not disturb the possession of the appellant from the tea stall.
5. The appeal is, accordingly, disposed of.
