2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 354(A), 354(B), 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(E), 67 of the Information Technology Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner wrapped the face of the informant with gamcha, assaulted her by means of pistol and took obscene photos and threatened her not to disclose the ordeal to anyone.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the F.I.R. has been lodged after inordinate delay of one month and no date of the alleged occurrence is mentioned in the F.I.R. Entire prosecution case is false and fabricated only with a view to harass and tarnish the image of the petitioner. Rest of the allegations have been levelled against the petitioner only with a view to make the case grave. Petitioner claims clean

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that there is specific allegation against the petitioner that he assaulted the informant with pistol and took obscene photographs and made them viral.
6. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of the offence, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
