The petitioner seeks bail in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 626 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other accused persons forcibly took possession of the land of informant by forgery and when the informant asked to vacate his land then Rangdari was also demanded.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that due to land dispute between the parties this false case has been lodged. As a matter of fact, the dispute is with regard to sale and purchase of a piece of land. This case is purely civil in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 626 of 2021.
