The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 18.06.2017 on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused in Barahara ( Krishnagarh ) P.S. Case No.175/2017 registered for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a)/56(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, has prayed for grant of bail.
By way of referring to the statement made in paragraph-3 of the petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is having clean antecedent and without any rhyme and reason and on the basis of so called confessional statement of co-accused, the petitioner has been made accused and he is in jail since long

Sessions Judge, Ara, Bhojpur in connection with Barahara ( Krishnagarh) P.S. Case No.175/2017.
