The petitioner has been in custody since 20.12.2017 in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 204/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363/366(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/6 of the POCSO Act. The statement of the victim girl under Section 164 Cr. P.C. clearly indicates the role of the present petitioner in the sale for immoral trafficking to Md. Helo.

As such, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to this petitioner. It is accordingly dismissed.
