Case No. 337/2016-17, whereby the petitioner's claim for more compensation has been rejected. The award of the Arbitrator, in my view, can be questioned under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 before the Court of original civil jurisdiction. This application is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to invoke the said provision under the Arbitration and
