The petitioners pray for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 1501 of 2019, registered under Sections 427 and 379/34 the Indian Penal Code and Section 33 of the Forest Act.

In view of the materials available against these petitioners in the case diary that the petitioners have kept the stolen trees after cutting them from garden, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to these petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail of the petitioners stand rejected.
