The petitioner is aggrieved by action of the respondents in denying him license to run PDS shop under the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016 (for short 'the Control Order, 2016') for Sonbarsa Gram Panchayat in the District of Gopalganj and, selection of respondent no.4 for the said purpose.
3. It is an admitted legal position that the petitioner has
Patna High Court CWJC No.7924 of 2021(2) dt.04-02-2022 2/2 remedy under the provisions of Control Order, 2016 by way of approaching appropriate/statutory authority to raise his grievance in relation to selection in a question.
4. In such view of the matter, this application is disposed of with an observation that if the petitioner approaches competent authority under the provisions of the Control Order, 2016, within four weeks from today raising the grievance as has been raised in the present writ application, his representation/application shall be considered expeditiously and decided, as early as possible, preferably within three months from the date of presentation of the application/representation.
