This application for anticipatory bail in connection with Trial No. 2629 of 2019, arising out of Complaint Case No. 2701 of 2016, for the offence punishable under Sections 304B, 201, 498A of the Indian Penal Code as well as under section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Considering the relationship of the petitioner with the deceased, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., (East), Muzaffarpur, in
