Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State along with learned counsel appearing on behalf of informant.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Samastipur Muffasil P.S. Case No. 7 of 2024, for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 324, 307, 504, 506 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. 3.

In the nature of allegation as alleged in the FIR, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners as the injured has suffered fire-arm injury,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19637 of 2024(2) dt.18-04-2024 2/2 though the petitioners are not alleged to have fired at the injured but then they were also present at the place of occurrence which embolden the accused persons, namely, Manjay Pal and Anjani Pal to fire.

Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
