JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-06-2015 The sole petitioner, who apprehends his arrest in connection with Marhaurah P.S.Case no.48 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of the Excise Act, has prayed for grant of bail. In this case, 200 litres of spirit was recovered from the land of the petitioner, which was kept for manufacturing of country-made liquor.
Keeping in view of nature of accusation, let the petitioner, namely, Tupan Sah @ Nag Narayan Sah, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of one month from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra
