JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-12-2021 At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application as against petitioners No. 5 and 9 (Satyaram Singh and Akhliesh Singh).
Permitted to be withdrawn.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Pachrukhi P.S. Case No. 238/20 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/341/447/448/323/427/354/504/ 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Though the informant has raised some objection with regard to suppression of criminal antecedents by some of the petitioners, but in the facts of the case, this Court has considered the supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioners and is considering the bail application on merits.
Considering the facts that basically the dispute is with regard to land and number of cases are being filed by the parties against one another and in this case there is no serious allegation of causing serious injury upon the other side, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.
Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail (except Petitioners No. 5 and 9), in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of
