2. The petitioners seek bail, apprehending their arrest, in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No.96 of 2024, dated 13.03.2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, 13 years old grand daughter of the informant has been kidnapped by the petitioners and some unknown persons.

4. Ld. counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14100 of 2025(2) dt.02-04-2025 2/2 case. He further submits that the whole prosecution case is against the petitioners and based on suspicion. He further submits that there is no eye-witness of the alleged occurrence.

5. It is also stated in paragraph no. 2 of the petition that no similar petition has earlier been filed by the petitioners either before this Court or before the Hon'ble Apex Court.

6. It has further been stated in paragraph no.3 of the bail petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents.

7. However, Ld. APP for the State opposes the prayer of the Petitioners for anticipatory bail submitting that as per the allegation, the petitioners are dabang and also harassed the informant and his family members and as per further allegation, they have kidnapped the minor grand daughter of the informant and she is still traceless.

8. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not persuaded to enlarge the Petitioners on anticipatory bail. The bail petition of the Petitioners are dismissed, accordingly.
