The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Fatuha P.S.Case No. 476 of 2017, registered under Section 30 (A) of the Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016. Allegation in brief is that in totality, 87 liters of country made liquor was carried in motorcycle by two accused persons. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one of the co-accused has been granted bail by this Court on 18.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 628 of 2018 and the petitioner is in custody since 01.11.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, Ranjeet Kumar , named above, be released on bail
