JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-04-2015 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 31.03.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13168 of 2015 to the extent that in the last portion of the order be read as learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Birpur instead of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul. The said mistake perpetuated since it was wrongly mentioned in the prayer portion of the petitioner. The prayer has also been made for extending the period of surrender.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, let the last portion of the order be read as Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Birpur instead of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul and the period of surrender be extended further for a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order. The order dated 31.03.2015 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18313 of 2015 (2) dt.22-04-2015 2/2 Accordingly the modification application is disposed off in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 54 of 2014, pending in the court of leaned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Birpur.
