Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Shahkund P.S. Case No.324 of 2019 registered under Sections 379, 427 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have committed no offence and have falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that as per F.I.R., the informant is not the eye witness of the case. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners and submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R. All the accused persons

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12736 of 2020(4) dt.18-11-2021 2/2 including these petitioners are alleged to have looted the Chura. It is further submitted that the looted Chura was recovered from the house of the petitioners.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
