Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Though the complaint based FIR is against unknown, however, considering long list of criminal antecedent of the petitioner, in my view, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail is refused in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 192 of 2015 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan/successor Court.

Petitioner is directed to surrender within a period of two weeks and pray for regular bail.
