2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 500 of 2023 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, both the petitioners assaulted informant by means of iron rod, as a result of which, he sustained grievous injury.

4. Considering the accusation and the nature of injury allegedly caused by these petitioners, this Court is not inclined

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17666 of 2024(5) dt.29-07-2024 2/2 to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
