The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 515 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

In view of the nature of the dispute and there is case and counter case between the parties, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
