ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/337/353/153/153(A)/504 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there was admittedly some animosity between the two communities which resulted in some occurrence. The names of the petitioners have been taken by the Choukidar on account of some previous dispute. He further submits that in another case for the same occurrence, the petitioner has also been similarly named. However, apart from the same, the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the vague nature of allegations and that the

No.31699 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 P2/2 petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui, in connection with Chandradeep P.S. Case No. 30/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
