The petitioner is in custody in connection with Samho P.S. Case No. 44 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25 (1-b) A, 26 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case allegation is recovery of country made pistol with two live cartridges from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 08.11.2018.
