2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the appointment of private respondent no. 7 on the post of Aanganwari Sevika in the concerned centre.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that she has obtained more marks than private respondent no. 7 and her claim has been bypassed on non est grounds of her not belonging to the concerned area.

4. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to make a complaint regarding the illegal appointment of private respondent no. 7 on the post of Aanganwari Sevika before the District Programme Officer, Aurangabad.

5. Should such a complaint be filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed of after affording hearing to the petitioner and private respondent no. 7 and verifying all other facts, within a further period of six weeks thereafter.

6. Should the petitioner feel aggrieved even then, she would have the opportunity of challenging the order of the District Programme Officer, Aurangabad before the District Magistrate, Aurangabad.

7. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
