17-06-2015 Heard Md. Anis Akhtar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. This is the second attempt for grant of anticipatory bail by the petitioner. Earlier, the prayer for anticipatory bail was rejected on 24-06-2014, vide Cr. Misc. No. 16337 of 2014. After several months of rejection of his earlier anticipatory bail petition, the petitioner has again approached this Court for grant of anticipatory bail without any change of circumstances. The alleged offence in this case is under Sections 323 and 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

I do not find any ground to entertain the petition again.
