Since the representation of the petitioner dated 30.01.2016 as contained in Annexure-7 to the writ petition is pending before the Authorities, there is no occasion for this Court to look into the grievance. Interest of justice would be served if the respondent Authorities are directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner as contained in Annexure-7 to the writ petition.
In the circumstances, the instant writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Commissioner, Koshi
Patna High Court CWJC No.5248 of 2016(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 Pramandal, Saharsa (respondent no. 2) to dispose of the petitioner's representation (Annexure-7) by reasoned and speaking order, if the same has not been done till date, under due intimation to the petitioner. Disposal must be done expeditiously, without undue delay and preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
