2. This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No.442 of 2024, registered for the offences under Sections 137, 96 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 12 of POCSO Act.

3. From the statement of victim it appears that she had fled from her house on her own will.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 16.10.2024 and he claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge VI-cum-Special Judge (POCSO Act), Sitamarhi/concerned Court below, in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No.442 of 2024.
