The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

This is a case of misuse of privilege of bail. Bailbonds of the petitioner was cancelled in the year 2015 and the petitioner is in custody since 11.01.2018.

Submission is that the petitioner is ready to fully cooperate with the trial. This is the first misuse of privilege of bail by the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21922 of 2018 (2) dt.19-04-2018 P2/ Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No.355 of 2017, arising out of Vaishali P.S. Case No.99 of 2005, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
