2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 498A, 379 IPC registered in connection with Tr. No. 3360 of 2013 arising out of Complaint Case No. C-313 of 2013.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and reiterates his commitment to keep the OP No. 2 with due dignity and honour.

4. The OP No.2 has been refused to accept the notice issued in terms of order dated 09.09.2014.

5. It is submitted that owing to communication gap and misunderstanding between learned counsel for the petitioner and his

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23778 of 2014 (4) dt.29-04-2015 client, the bail bond could not be furnished within time in connection with provisional anticipatory bail granted by this Court in terms of order dated 09.09.2014.

6. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sadar at Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Tr. No. 3360 of 2013 arising out of Complaint Case No. C-313 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. (Vikash Jain, J) Chandran U T
