Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Salkhua (Banama Itahari O.P.) P.S.Case No.245 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegation levelled against the petitioners is false and fabricated on account of land dispute. In this connection, the petitioners have also annexed Annexure-2 which is the FIR filed against the informant giving rise to Salkhua P.S.Case No.246 of 2014.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18595 of 2015 (2) dt.18-09-2015 Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioners and the series of cases filed by them against the informant , let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri S.Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Salkhua (Banma Itahari O.P.) P.S. Case No.245 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
