This applications are for grant of regular bail in connection with Nagar/Sahayak P.S.Case No.21 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S.Act.

Allegation is of recovery of 44 kg. Ganja from the possession of the petitioners.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioners are in custody for about six months. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of recovery of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30487 of 2017 (3) dt.19-07-2017 2/2 huge quantity of Ganja from the possession of the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
